Charitable Contribution Requests
Gaylord Texan Resort cares deeply about supporting our local community. We give generously, both financially and with volunteer hours, to a number of local charities and organizations that support the following:
Policies:
- Donation requests must fall within our designated giving guidelines of Youth, Arts, or Education.
- Donation requests must be submitted at least 6 weeks in advance for consideration.
- Donations can come in the form of Gaylord Texan Resort gift certificates, but cannot come in the form of cash.

A response will be sent to you via email within 7 – 10 business days. Due to the high volume of requests we receive, we are unable to confirm requests or receipt of requests by telephone. If your request is approved, you will receive a certificate by regular mail, so please include your mailing address.
